Whether this is 29 minutes into working together, or 29 days, if you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. Simply send us an email letting us know and we will get your refund processed to you within 24 hours.
Ongoing Lodgment Guarantee
- The ATO are back issuing fines and interest for overdue lodgments and this is simply money down the drain for no reason. We pride ourselves on ensuring all lodgments are completed on time and therefore we will offer that if we don’t lodge one of your tax obligations on time, you will get your money back for that month (or 1/12th of your annual payment). This is with the disclaimer that you must provide us with your information by the requested deadline for that service.
